Description
The wild growing capers plant is characteristic of the countryside of Gozo. For centuries the fruit of this plant has formed part of the diet of the island. Our capers are hand picked when fully mature and prepared using an old traditional recipe, brined in salt and water. This product is made only from natural ingredients and contains no artificial colouring or flavourings.
