Description
Our Lemon conserve is made using handpicked larger than normal lemons. Each lemon is peeled and the thick skin is kept aside. Juice is extracted from the lemons and the seeds are eliminated. In the cooking process the skin is used as a pectin to thicken the jam. And the rind is grated and put into the end product. Lemon is a good antioxidant and cleanser. It is high in Vitamin C.
