Description
From December to mid-March the countryside of the Maltese islands is a wash of vibrant citrus colours, famous for its sweet oranges. Our conserve is made using these handpicked sweet Gozo grown oranges whose skins will have weathered the autumn’s heat and grown inch thick to conserve the juice within with a touch of gin. Made in the traditional manner using 100% fresh fruit.
