Description

Our freshly made pasteurised cheeslets are prepared according to the traditional recipe that has been passed from generation to generation. Our dedicated farmers collect the milk daily and the highest standards of sanitation are followed throughout the entire process. During the final stages, the peppered goat cheese is preserved in vinegar. Freshly cracked black pepper is added to develop that deliciously piquant flavour. Only available in vacuum pack to retain their moisture and flavour and increase shelf-life.
