Description
Our hand picked plump and ripe strawberries are grown along the hillsides and fertile fields of Gozo. They are gently cooked in small batches and hand-stirred with a hint of champagne in the traditional open pans to preserve the sweet flavour and fruity texture. Made in the traditional manner using 100% fresh fruit to preserve the unique sweet flavour and fresh aroma.
