Sundried Tomatoes

During Summer, our selected Gozitan farmers hand pick their prime tomatoes. These tomatoes are sliced in half and seasoned with the finest sea salt before being dried in the Mediterranean sun. We use a traditional drying process to remove most of the water content. This product is made only from natural ingredients and contains no artificial colouring or flavourings.
