Malta & Gozo Delivery of Items
A flat rate fee of Euro3.50 is charged per order. If order exceeds Euro30.00 delivery is free.
Shipping costs are also calculated automatically at the final stage of your checkout. If for any reason shipping costs are not to the customers’ liking, one may choose not to proceed with payment, thus cancelling order.

International Delivery of Items
All items destined for outside the Maltese Islands are dispatched by Maltapost. Delivery Charges are calculated automatically on weight basis during checkout of your basket. For courier services, we can choose exactly your preferred carrier is available in Malta.

Delivery times are based on the estimated times established by Maltapost or the courier company you have elected.

Customs & Imports
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. EU countries are exempt from all customs and import duties.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Please be aware that international shipments outside the EU are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We have to present documentation with a list of the package contents and costs. Such information has to be presented even for orders that are indicated as Gift.

Also note that such customs procedures might cause delays beyond the estimated arrival date.

Return Policy
We want you happy every time you shop with us.

Return Damaged items during delivery, defective or not what you ordered. In the event that you have received an item that was damaged during shipping, defective or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of package with a brief explanation of what is the problem with your order.

We will then organise return shipment and resend a replacement at our own expense.
